Is there any scope to alter the rules of certain competitions using the data update? 

The one that comes to mind for me is the use of trialists in the group stage of the Premier Sports Cup in Scotland. In-game, clubs are not permitted to use trialists at all during the group stage of this tournament. However, in real life clubs are allowed to name 2 trialists in the matchday squad during the group stage. 

I have attached the competition regulations, with the relevant section being Article 8.8. I am unsure whether this is actually something that can be changed via the update, but thought it was worth asking.
