So now it's my turn with the team. Unfortunately, as soon as I hit the 'Continue' button this comes up:
At the end he wasn't that good, but I used him as a substitution when a player was too tired. I had to accept the request since he was not going to be happy if he stayed.
However, as the days went by, thins started to get a little bit better:

Overall, we had an awesome January, winning all of our 4 games, signing some very quality players and now we're on top of the league table, 11 points above the second place.

The new GK Ménétrier has been awesome! He's just a solid rock in the back. I've only conceded 4 goals in 2 months!
Unfortunately, at the end of January Masson and Cafasso got injured. That was the point when I realized that they're the ones that move the team up front, 'cause even though I didn't lose I couldn't score neither.
Thankfully we recovered the accuracy on March's third game and we scored 5 agains Monza in their own stadium.
For the last game of the month, we received Alessandria who are currently 10th on the League Table. What surprised me about this match is the Hat-Trick scored by Riccardo Bocalon. He's On Loan from Inter and he hasn't been playing until a couple of games before, when I decided to give him a chance.

So with only 9 games left, we started March with some bad news. The club is in debt and probably they'll start selling players in a couple of months. Probably that situation took us down a little bit and we drawn our first game of the month.
However we stood up for our second game of the month. This time it was in Home, against Milazzo. Even though we won the game I think the result wasn't fair enough. We had a LOT of chances but for some reason we couldn't score more than one. It would have been a shame if Milazzo, with only 2 shoots in the whole game, would have scored as well.
It's the moment of truth now. I got to visit Castiglione (2nd in league). They're actually pretty strong and with the big amount of ties that we've been having lately they got really close to us in the League Table.
We started on fire! With only 40 seconds on the clock, Denis Godeas breaks into the defense and puts it away! Great finishing!
So we were 0-1 at half-time and everything looked way too good. Suddenly, at 79' Jefferson (my DR) loses his mark and Castiglione get their goal. I was very dissapointed by that time, but then, Godeas passes to D'Appolonia, winning in speed to Castiglione defenders and with an amazing crossed shot he gets the second goal for us!
So it was Fantastic! But it wasn't everything... When I got to the messages... I was shocked...
English isn't my mother languaje so I have trouble when it comes to express myself in English... I can say one only thing... AMAZING! I mean, we were promoted 6 games before the actual League ends! And according to the Media Prediction we were supposed to end in 7th place... BUT HERE WE ARE, PROMOTED!
Now I gotta send back the game to @northbank_aggro. I'm sure he'll be proud of the team and he will win the trophy!

The only player with any potential is Sarnelli but he looks like he could have a big future. I've offered youth contracts to him to two other players who were very average but the rest are rubbish and will be released.

A flat game against Savona at home ends in a 1-1 draw. However, a Castiglione draw against Rimini means we only need 1 point to seal the title!

Really pleased with Sarnelli's performances, he scored on his full league debut. Other games were really just trying out some youth and fringe players. The defeat against Forli was disappointing but they were fighting relegation and had to win.
Final League Standings
All in all some great performances and the first piece of silverware
Masson (15 assists), Marconi (18 goals), Jefferson, Sandrinho, Battaglia and Cafasso (12 assists) all important players for us.
More new signings
Signed two more players on pre-contracts. Excited by both, de Cenco scored 18 goals for Monza this season and Lima looks like he will fit in nicely with our tactic.
