How does windows rate your PC

I know for a fact that this means absolutely nothing, just wanted to compare mine with others. My old PC had a score for the Gaming Graphics as a 4.6, however my new computer has the score of 3.3 for Gaming Graphics even though my graphics card is 5 times better than my old PC

Just need to get 2GB more of RAM to improve my Ram score, i took out 3GB from my old Computer (1GB x1 2GB x1) and theres only 2 slots available, so need to get another 2GB stick, that should push me up to a 6.5 like on my old PC.
