Can someone explain why scouting are seemingly so over the top?
I'm currently managing my local club Gresley FC in the eighth tier of English football, the club is semi-pro with a handful of players under contract but most are verbal, all of my staff are also under non-written contracts. I have one local reputation scout on the books but obviously being such a small club we can't afford to send him outside of Britain. so why has he managed to wrack up over £120k worth of expenses? I'm not paying him for him to stop at the bloody Ritz!

Should I just get rid of him and have my coaches or myself scout players instead? I'm only three months into the save and I'm already over £100k in the red.

What type of assignments are you giving him? Have you assigned him to a region/division etc or have you just been sending him to look at lots of individuals?

Price of petrol and sausage rolls have gone up a lot by the looks of it.
