Yep Shedender you are right! They won the 2016 European Championship quite a shock! As I am managing in North America I haven't really checked Europe much but Denmark are up in 7th in the rankings! For anyone wondering about the other teams, Russia are hosting the Confederations cup and Morocco won the African cup of Nations! Argentina won the Copa America! Germany won the last world cup, New Zealand won the Oceania nations cup and Japan won the Asian cup

I have played 2 more games in World Cup qualifying! We did well to come from 1 down to beat Costa Rica! Fierro and Corona both scoring 2 each they did finish with 9 men though! But then we played on paper our hardest game and so it proved as we lost 1-0, I would have taken a draw and we missed a few chances to get one. Fierro had a goal disallowed for offside in stoppage time too anyway we are still 2nd with back to back home games against Jamaica and Canada coming up! Also our Gold cup group has been announced for some reason we are down as Mexico B why is this? Is it because we are the holders I don't remember this on my Canada save though.







2 more players made their debuts

2 very good wins to get back on track and to take top spot in the group smashed both Jamaica and Canada the 2 easier games in the group but we played very well! Aquino scoring against Jamaica and then a hat trick against Canada! It's good too see us take top spot again after USA drew! The under 20s unfortunately fell at the quarter final stage of the north American championships also Corona has a big injury for 6 months which is not good Aquino took his place though on the right side of the midfield and he got a hat trick!

Played one final friendly before the Confederations cup! And I was very pleased to go in with a win! A 90th minute winner by super sub Davilla! They should have scored more than one but they missed numerous chances and we took ours when Vela came off the bench he changed the game completely! And set up the winner! Finland gave us a tough test but we came away with the win!

Picking up some fantastic results in competitive and friendly fixtures mate! keep it coming

I know for me that was about 3 months ago. it was only now at the 2026 World Cup with Holland that I saw it and remembered. Newcastle just won the Prem and Hull finished 2nd, so the whole game is full of shocks!

Sorry about the lack of posts recently but I hope there will be more over the weekend! Great work by our under 20s winning the French youth invitational and there is my squad for the Confederations cup! Also I have picked a preliminary "B" squad for the Gold Cup I was planning on just picking my best team anyway but unfortunately they have been called up for the Confederations cup so it really is my next best players to try and defend our crown! The Gold cup squad will be up just before I start that but here is the Confederations cup squad:

I am pleased to win our opening game against the weakest team by ranking and on paper too but they did well and we had to defend really well to keep them out! Reyes and Moreno did really well and Ochoa made some great saves! Our goal was great play as Fierro produces an amazing cross Vela shoots and the keeper saves but Vela knocks in the rebound! Denmark beat Russia 1-0 as well! More updates will be later on.

Last time I played Russia they beat us 2-0 in our opening game of the 2014 world cup

Get in! an excellent performance in a very close game! At 0-0 we missed a few chances and then they scored with their first chance. But with 2 goals in first half stoppage time we turned it around! Giovanni Dos Santos with a great finish and Espericueta scored his first goal for Mexico off a rebound after his own shot had come back off the post! This leaves us with a good chance of going through a draw will ensure it a loss and we are still relying on other results though. Also I have announced the Gold cup squad which is our B squad!

A draw sees us through and I am happy to draw and top the group! As I played a much changed team to keep everyone fresh! Even if we had of lost we would have gone through as Russia beat Morocco 2-0! Bit of a shame we couldn't win it but a draw was fair! If we had of found a winner Russia would have taken Denmark's place on goal difference! We have drawn Argentina in the semi final a very tough game, I think we got them because they came 2nd in their group and we won ours! Likely to be both the Group B teams in the final but we will do our best! Last time we played Argentina was in the World Cup last 16 when we played well but lost 3-1.

Tough draw against Argentina, what's your record like against them?
