Good afternoon all! I was just wondering if there is a way of editing Football Manager to set up international restrictions on a club. For example, Athletic Bilbao are well known for only signing players from the Basque region, and I was wondering if there was an option in the editor to do this at another club?

If anyone is aware of this, please let me know as I have an idea for a future game/story to mess about with before FM15 drops into my laptop. I would check the editor myself, but I am moving house this weekend and my PC is in a box lol
