Is there a way to insert photo when NO IMAGE AVAILABLE is shown?

I added the megaface pack, added Japan local J-League and `FM 2014 Real Names Fix` which added Japan National team. Could anyone kindly tell me how to insert a photo when `No image available` is shown in the J-league??? Portrait is automatically being added when there is no such image...

I `ve put the player `s photo under `graphic/ picture`, I also tried to add `<record from="10055" to="graphics/pictures/person/10055/portrait"/>`
in the `config.xml` file, but there remains no change.
I just DONT KNOW WHY.......................................

Is there no one encounter the same problem when trying to add players` portraits into a non-official league??
