Premium Membership - Unable to Download

Hi - have a paid for Premium Membership but seemingly unable to download any files. My login email and paypal email addresses differ so I'm not sure if that's causing the problem - but the my account section of the website shows I'm a premium member ok.

I'm trying to download the face pack, and name fix files, but every time it gets redirected to the download site, it ends up issuing the Status: 401 Unauthorised message.

Any help would be appreciated.

Hi. yes, i'm able to download now. but not quite sure how long it's gonna take. i seem to recall the ad claiming that the files will already be downloaded by the time i finished reading it. well i don't think i need 8 hours to read a few lines.
