Club logo on player profile

This may have been asked before but, on previous fm's, some of the skinners have made it possible to have the club logo sitting behind the players face on the relevant profile page. I was wondering if anyone has done this for FM14? i have searched on a number of forums but have had no luck in finding any results.

Why is there 2 different screens though? How do i choose between the 2?
