Anyway a quick wrap up of last season...
Only a point off the title, shame but I wasn't expecting to be so far up the league in my first season.
I managed to scrape past Newcastle in the FA Cup final after a tense penalty shoot out, despite dominating the game.
I was knocked out of the Carling Cup by Tottenham in the quarters 2-1, they seem to be a bit of a bogey team for me.
These were the transfers in my first season... Please note Sergi didn't join till January and Erik was out on loan for the whole season.
Falcao ended up being my top scorer by some way and was only 2 goals off the golden boot in the PL. Di Maria was excellent all season and was voted by the fans as player of the year just ahead of Falcao, he was also only 2 assists off from topping the PL.
I had been switching between three formations but I mainly used the 4-1-2-1-2 narrow diamond like Man Utd are currently using in real life. The other two was a standard 4-5-1 with pushed up wingers and a 3-5-2 like Van Gaal tried at the start of the season. Mainly switched up for the away games.
Overall a very pleasing first season, please let me know if you want to know anything else.

As far as summer went, I decided to go for extra funds from the board and risk committing to be the Winner of the PL this year. This did allow enough funds to bring in my top scorer from last season Falcao on a permanent deal! It was a very busy summer for transfers, especially outgoing ones at Old Trafford. Most noticeably RVP was allowed to leave due to age and not impressing me that much in my first season, lots of frustrating performances and I'm willing to give more of a chance to the youngsters coming through. I was delighted with some of the transfer fees I managed to get for some of my players, particularly Zaha. I'm glad to have what I consider the dead wood at Man Utd basically gone now though, just need to start bringing through some English talent because my HG players are looking a little short now.
This is what my squad is looking like now after all the transfers... There are 4 players which have been cut off the bottom which are Lindegaard, Fosu-Mensah, A.Valencia and Evans.
I'm probably going to stick to the same formations as last year and see how that goes to start with... I'd say this is potentially my strongest starting line up this year but there will be plenty of change throughout.
Will update you all soon!

August began with the Community shield against City after winning all my friendlies. This game was very close and I ended up losing on penalties.
Followed by Crystal Palace at home for my first game, we struggled to overcome Palace despite absolutely dominating the game, it took a 93rd minute winner from Juan Mata to secure the 3 points.
The last game in August was a tricky fixture at Anfield. I've chosen to stick with 5 at the back for away games this year to see if this improves my away form. Well, it did here anyway, a resilient performance meant thanks to early goals from Depay and Falcao we hung on to a 2-1 victory.
September was a busy month with 6 fixtures to be played.
The first game was Sunderland at home in which we strolled to a 3-0 victory thanks to 2 goals from Depay!
Dortmund away was my first CL game and probably my hardest so to get a 1-1 draw was pleasing.
Chelsea away is always one of the hardest fixtures so to come away with win was brilliant, the 5 at the back really seems to be working. Again I had my main man at the moment Depay to thank.
Q.P.R was my first Capital one cup game of the season and also my last... We fell to a 2-1 defeat after not being able to convert our chances.
Tottenham at home was my final league game of the month, amazingly I found myself 5-0 after 28 minutes with Rooney already bagging himself a hat trick. The score finished up as 6-2 but what an emphatic victory especially over a team we struggled to overcome last year.
BATE at home should have been an easy fixture to end the month and it was, I decided to field a completely second string team including 17 year old Fosu-Mensah at the back. We won 2-0 in the end but it wasn't the most convincing of wins but a good way to end September.
A great start to the season I'd have to put alot of that down to the brilliant form Depay has been in...
So Rooney picked up POTM, Depay YPOTM and I got MOTM so not bad on the awards front! Also sitting pretty at the top of the Premier league 3 points clear and top of my CL group!
