Instructions:
1) Extract the archive.
2) Select the file called "Serie A Real Fixtures 1415.fmf" and copy it in "editor data" folder that you can find in Documents/Sports Interactive/Football Manager 2015
3) Launch the game and select the file when you start a new game. When you reach "Choose database", select "Custom" in the Editor Data Files section, then click on Edit that appears below.
WARNING: The mod only works if you start a new game.
May be some schedules issues, due to the fact that I can't predict how italian teams acts in european competitions.
