Any tips? How do you guys do it?

Rarely get far into games but have on this save, feel like I'm missing out on any decent regens though.

I always keep an eye on the youth national teams, Brazil's especially.

Send scouts to different regions with max age at 21 (or lower if you want). Can find some real bargains in Africa.

I would send couple scouts to scout U's19/21 competitions.

The best way that I find is to go into World Transfers and then go to Youth Intake and then scout them from there. Obviously through March is very hard as all/most of Europe seem to get their youth intakes during that month.

You can check out Fm15 regen/youth intake dates which are listed on the net.

Also, If you use FM scout ingame-editor, there is an option to check for 'regens only'.

There are no fixed youth intake dates in FM15.
