Succession Game

Big day has arrived, I am not going to spoil it just add to the anticipation with a few more posts!

Oh the build up is exciting. We are favourites despite Crewe's better league position. This is going to be tasty.

We did it via penalties, CHAMPIONS! I must say it was an entertaining game it was quite a back and forth game despite what the stats show. We were composed. JPT is the first piece of silverware on this journey. Get in. Let's hope this is the start of some big things.

For the readers ... of which we seem to have little this time around. Disappointing.

Cheeky review.

My last game on the stint and nice to sign off with another victory. We were good value.

So there is the league. A lot to take from it and still a good chance we can make those play offs. Lot of good sides there but I cannot see why we can't rock the boat and put ourselves in there.

So as I say Fola has the file and I wish him the best in taking us into the play off places.

Earlier I mentioned I would like us to consider a few things. I'd really like us to sign Thiago Casasola and Paddy Madden both will add quality if much needed areas. We need desperately to cut the deadwood who have wages with us and not playing. Do this we should be able to get some good quality players to the squad. We must try and approach the board to improve our coaching badges, I feel that this could have an impact on players signing in the future. Lastly when we can we must look to improve the Youth system so we can at least start to produce some players we can sell to raise much needed funds. Enough of my ramble gents. I am very much looking forward my next stint and to see where we are.

Up to 6th so currently in the final play off spot. Nick Arnold, our keeper, has been ruled out for 4 weeks though.

Jack Mackreth's last minute winner grabbed us the win. Absolutely shit myself when they bagged the equaliser. Four games to go and still in 6th... two points clear of Peterborough in 7th.

Gutted.

3 games to go and we're currently missing out on the play offs on goal difference.

Results went our way and we currently sit in 5th with two matches to go. We are three points into the play offs.

Feed the Kluk and he will score.

We made it! We face Rochdale in the play off semi finals, I'll try not to let you down.

AHHHHHHH, I'M NERVOUS!

WE ARE IN THE FINAL!

We are one win away from the Championship, it'll be our third consecutive promotion. Brilliant that the Kluk scored the goal that sent us to the final, very fitting. We face Peterborough in the final.

Good luck against Peterborough, three promotions on the bounce would be a remarkable achievement.

Absolutely gutted. Nick Arnold is goal had an absolute stinker and messed up on two of the goals. Sorry lads, I'm gutted right now, thought we could do it.

Ouch heartbreaking that. Unlucky pal. I am not putting pressure on but we should look for automatic promotion next year, cannot see why with the right additions.

The Kluk

There's my two months over. I finalised a few deals before my time was up. I managed to snap all of these players on free transfers before their contracts ran out. I signed up three strikers as that's a part where I felt we were weak.


Got an eye for goal and is also a very quick player. Can see him doing great for us, I hope anyway.


Young and got good all around stats. He bagged 14 goals last season for Bury in League Two.


Bagged 18 goals last season for Wycombe in League Two. Good back up as Rodgers unfortunately isn't cut out for this level anymore and Malbon is shit.


Good wealth of experience and good all round stats.

Whose go is it next?

Messi who? The Kluk is what it's all about. Unlucky in the final but that's life, an impressive feat just to get there considering how rubbish we were during my stint lol.

Really like the look of Andre Gray, reckon he will bag a heap for us with the right service.
