My new football life

At 5th of Febuary 2014 I took over as manager at Helsingborgs IF in prepare for the just finished season. Choose to take over my local club and hope to do it better than in real life where they ended number 9 or 10 in the Allsvenska.

First big signing to Helsingborgs IF Cyriaque Louvion on free transfer from Le Havre.

Sold Robin Simovic to IF Elfsborg for 5 million swedish crowns and now looking to see if I can find a good replacement. Won the group stage matches in Svenska Cupen and will get to play Falkenberg at home in Helsingborg in the quarterfinal. My first match in the swedish league will be against Mjällby AIF at Strandvallen in Hällevik. Will be fun to see how it will go

Sadly enough Helsingborgs IF lost against Falkenberg by 2-1 at home so quarterfinal was the final destination in 2014 swedish cup.

Goal show from IFK Göteborg-Helsingborgs IF match at Gamla Ullevi. Especially the 2-1 goal by Mattias Lindström are well done. David Accam takes down the ball nicely on his chest and then sends the ball out to Lindström who slams the ball into the net.

Decided to start a relationship with Newcastle United and will get 545 000 swedish crowns each year as result of this agreement

Quite some goal by Andreas Landgren after 82 minutes at Grimsta IP between Brommapojkarna and Helsingborgs IF.

Sadly enough Brommapojkarna came back and match ended in a draw,2-2.

But still a good goal from far out

After twelve rounds of the swedish league the table looks like this. Of twelve matches I have only lost 2,5 won and 4 draws. Soon halfway through season

In the summer break in the Allsvenska I sold David Accam for 25 million swedish crowns to Anderlecht,quite good deal considering he was bought to Helsingborgs IF for only 1,9 million 2 years ago

After a couple of matches where team have played quite bad the board after the loss 1-0 away against Gefle in match 18 of the league season called me to a meeting to discuss confidence. Luckily enough I bought me some time as manager of Helsingborgs IF by blaming the players.

Now Helsingborgs IF are number 8 in the league table.

The board now called me to a meeting to discuss my future,I do fear they will sack me

Survived the meeting,but now under quite big pressure,5 matches left in the Allsvenska and board require me to take minimum 11 of 15 points left,meaning I will get sacked if I loose 5 points within the last 5 matches

Got sacked from my job as manager at Helsingborgs IF 18th of October 2014 after loss 3-1 against Häcken,two matches before season over.

Ah well,will now go look for a new job

Now took over Tromsö IL in the Adeccoligan in Norway at nr.4 in the league with good chances to get playoff for promotion to Tippeligan for season 2015.
