Manager Awards - Yearly 'World', to be specific

Hello,

I was wondering if anyone could explain why Manager Awards do not appear in the game - more specifically Yearly 'World' awards - such as the FIFA World Coach of the Year award. Even if you create them yourself they do not seem to show in-game.

The player ones are fine, just non-player ones are a bit of an issue.

Its been the case in every FM , and no one ever mentions it, I've tried every combination - needs looking at its a management sim, I want the best awards!!!
