Help please am struggling to put my own pic as a manager into fm 15 I have done it many times on previous games by on fm 15 I can't view any pics on my computer can any one help......

Are they in png, or jpg format as i think they're the only 2 styles it picks up.

where are you trying to add the image from via a config the old way or using the add manager picture in preferences or new game manager profile?
