I've managed to get my club up from the bottom to the BPL. I am rich and reasonably successful. But for whatever reason the board refuses to let me find a feeder club for work permits. It's a serious pain in the backside. I am finding really good potential youth but without a feeder club I cannot get them into my club. It's very frustrating. On occasion I can beat the system by applying for a work permit when they join my team but this doesn't always work. Any ideas if there is a way round it? Or what is causing the board to refuse?

For me i have a similar problem but i guess the club want the feeder teams for other stuff before work permit so getting a club in other nation to boost profile etc comes before work permit clubs etc
