Very good performance that.

A better midfield 2 and thats starting to look like a decent side. Was disappointed with Sturridge though, assumed he'd been a lot better than that for Liverpool this season to have scored as many as he has.

It was the Jermaine Defoe impression of having a shot no matter where anyone else is or where he is when he got the ball that disappointed me. He's been better than that for Liverpool, that was very much a regression to Daniel Sturridge in a Chelsea shirt type performance.

Wellbeck was just as bad for that though, both as bad as each other in this game

Aye and Rooney did it straight after the most annoying one of Sturridge's ones. Possibly just a lack of understanding, just felt Sturridge was a repeat offender.

Same, he's not that good at football really but as long as he has good players around him, his work rate and positioning are really valuable. Same as Shola, can't think of anyone I'd rather have than him, he's always impressed in an England shirt.

Quite a good game to watch what I managed to catch at work, some nice counter attacks in the first half from Poland. ITV commentators piss me off though, had a dig at Lewandowski and Poland saying he doesn't produce for Poland like he does for Dortmund because Dortmund are a better team. Could say that about any nation really.

In other news Townsend looked good again, very promising
