Help: Duplicate Players and Editing League Rules

First post, fellow FMers!

So, in a new game, there seems to be 2 copies of certain players like Man City's Brahim Abdelkader Diaz, RM Castilla's Martin Odegaard(with one in his old team), Dayot Upamecano, Ethan Ampadu and many others. Can someone please help me in removing the duplicates?

I use LFCMarshall's transfer update and tried to remove the players using the editor, but to no avail.

Also, can someone please help me in editing the rules for various competitions? For example, would like to extend the maximum squad limit to 50 in EPL and UCL.

Thanks in advance and it would be extremely helpful if someone could post a quick reply.
