Football Manager Problem

Hello , i have a problem running football manager 2012 and i didn't found anyone who can help me in all the others fm forums.
When i try to run FM 2012 i get this error:

I Have installed .net framework , reinstalled the game a lot of times , and stil doesn't work.
Please help
I played before FM 2012 , i really don't know why i can't run the game now.
