Update pack not working

Hey guys don't know if u can help me. Its soooo strange, i can't get the new transfer update pack to work. All players are still at their old clubs, and i have done everything that i used to do. Putting the files in the editor data folder, so it should be working. And i can choose/edit them when loading ip the database.
This makes no sence, are their others experiencing the same problems ?
