So 3 months and we're not in that relegation zone yet, just. Was playing a 4-4-2 but for the last couple of games i changed to 5-3-2 and played quite defensively, this (luckily) got us a win at Goodison Park followed by a draw at the Britannia Stadium. Am certainly in the market for players when January arrives but i'm a little worried about what kind of finances i'll be given as we only currently have £6m (that includes an £11m profit so far this season) in the bank, which makes no sense whatsoever as surely the club would have been given a share of the TV deal at the start of the season. Something which has clearly been missed by the makers. I mean i'm not expecting to be given £££'s to spend even if we had it but just getting into the Prem should have seen the newly promoted sides bank balances looking a lot healthier, unless they were already £80m in debt which i highly doubt...

Well this is proving much harder than i ever imagined, its been impossible to find a settled formation as i just lose every game no matter what i try. I do have players coming in and am still looking for more, sadly even Championship players are massively overpriced. Its gonna be a long second half to the season with relegation looking a certainty

Try like a 4-1-4-1 counter/defensive tactic.

Board are still 'satisfied' somehow, have changed to a narrow 4-1-2-1-2 to see how that fairs, the new signings should gave me a bit more flexibility in what formations i can use.

Bloody shame but I hope you stay on and get them back up would be something you don't see often.

Still hanging on to my job somehow, mainly because the board are happy with a table finish which i guess kinda shows how bad Bournemouth are despite just being relegated. The Premiership parachute payment did help us out financially so have stayed out of the red, plus the sale of our highest earners has meant the wage budget has been well under too for the most part.
Obviously the Championship is a league where anyone can beat anyone and if you're not consistent (which we definitely are not) you're gonna struggle.
Was fairly busy transfer wise, also have Paddy McNair arriving in January for £3m from Man Utd.

Yeah i'm amazed too, had about half a dozen meetings with the board this season too about results so hanging on by the skin of my teeth!
