Need help! I can't get player faces to appear on FM 16 for Mac.

I have already made a graphics folder and then another couple of folders. I made one folder for its and that works fine however when I put the player faces in my other folder named 'faces' it doesn't work. This is my layout incase it helps you to identify what's not working.

I have tried clearing cache, reload skin etc but I'm having no luck. How can I fix this?
