Mac Transfer Update

Hi, i am new to this forum and am trying to update football manager 2015 on my mac with the latest transfer update. i have downloaded the latest update files and have tried copy and pasting the folder straight in to document/sports interactive/football manager 2015/editor data/ but when i start up the game it crashes every time i go to start a new game? Am I missing something?
