Modding crowd graphics

Hi

Is it possible to mod the crowd graphics for individual teams to include things like scarves, colour of shirts, flags etc...?

Or has anyone done this already?

I have no idea how to do this or where to start.

I think if you use 3D kits, the crowd also wear these shirts
