Problem with downloading face pack

When I download this zip file, any efforts to unzip and extract with 7zip result in it breaking down about 1/4 of the way through. I've tried it 4 times now and is proving very time consuming. Also when trying it with winzip it says it cannot find the server or something to that effect. Can anyone help?

Also - why can't i post in the All football manger discussion page? Am I premium acc holder. But it doesn't allow me to post a new thread.

The all Football Manager discussion forum is just a list of all the topics in all the other FM related forums, if you want to add a topic, add it to one of the appropriate forums and it will automatically appear in the list.

I guess I should make that more clear in the design of the forums
