New League season won't start up.

Hi guys!

I downloaded editor package " ATW16 " on fmscout.com where all leagues in the world with .
It so happens that I am now in 2018 season with Barcelona and the new League season will not start up , same goes for most major leagues like England , Italy, France etc .. Europa League is functioning normally , but the Champions League will not start up with the new season , which makes the Europa League stop after the play-off.

Does anyone know what the problem is ?

Is it possible to do something about the problem, so i don't need to start a new save.
