vital stats are;
CPU - Intel i5 6600k (3.5ghz quad core with 8mb cache)
RAM - 16GB ddr4
Graphics - AMD Radeon R9 390X (8GB)
HDD - 2TB HDD @ 7200rpm and 128GB SSD
basically I want to know how well this would run FM17, like could I run a LOT more leagues than I do right now kind of thing, would it run the 3D match engine on max settings? etc.

It's one of the top consumer processors out there, the K on the end means it can be overclocked to make it faster although how feasible that would be on a prebuilt machine I don't know.
My advice would be to build it yourself although not everybody wants to, you could save hundreds and its easier than you think, Google a few videos.
