Do you always have to ask your board to put you through them or do they from time to time just offer to put you on the course? Only asking as would rather only go on the course's when your club feel you are ready rather than speeding things up and constantly asking myself, cheers.

You have to always ask them @VP..

They'll always seemingly put the other members on the coaching staff on courses but the manager needs to ask.
