Results Before I Took Over
Currently sitting 12th in the Lithuanian 1 Lyga, where better place to a managerial career? Board expectation is to avoid relegation which i'm confident we can do.

If I'd been there all season i really think we could have won the league, sadly next season a lot of my current squad won't be around due to us not being able to pay them what they want, including star striker Ernestas Mickevicius who scored 18 goals in my 13 games in charge

Thought this season would be a walk but it's been anything but that, guess having to make a completely new squad is the cause of that. Should hopefully finish the second season when I'm home from work this evening.

Time to move on, absolutely zero chance of any progression as each season you lose half your squad and with me ending the season 5pts worse of than the last my interest here had gone. Currently no jobs available so its time to holiday until something comes up.

Some bad news though and that's that i'm certain i'm suffering the same problem as @Dan when adding new leagues as every club in Kosovo was without a manager but i just put this down to them being a custom nation loaded into the game. If i get time tonight i'll try adding the Premier League and then holidaying until the date that it becomes active to see if the clubs there a managerless and if they're I'm gonna have to start again which is something i really don't wanna have to do though.
EDIT: Just remembered Montenegro clubs were also managerless...

Na i'm certain it was after the full release but both those nations were definitely without managers when they were loaded it as i remember holidaying and setting it to apply for all jobs and then getting loads of news items about job applications. There was so many that the majority i just ignored and only had an interview with around 7/8 clubs.

Finally got offered a job and its at Kosovan side KF Ferizaj who play in the second tier and here's where they currently sit.
Made 15 signings in January to bring the squad up to 21 players.

As you can see we went on an awful run so decided a change in formation was needed and as we don't actually have a striker i made one without any, seemed to bring an instant improvement on the pitch as it was changed before the home game with Vushtrria.
So promotion through the play-offs was gained and its off to the top division of Kosovo next season.
