Careers Seasons Error

Hi all.

I'm currently using the careers section to share my Football Manager 2017 career and I've run into a problem. I tried to update seasons to include my most recent season (2023), I currently managing Eastern in Hong Kong but I cannot update the careers seasons as the Hong Kong clubs don't show up in the drop down menu, all type of HK competitions show up but no clubs. So unable to update seasons correctly. Any help?
