Hi!

Can someone explain what the rating value that comes up by holding the pointer on the star rating in a players profile mean in the online database section? I hope you understood what I meant. When entering the 2017 data update online you can navigate to any team and player. When clicking the player's profile you will see stars for raiting the ability and potential. When holding the pointer on them a value will be shown, like 79,10 or something else. What does this value mean? What is for example 79,10??
