As a relative newcomer to this webiste I am just wondering if the Promotion and Relegations will be included in the Live Database when the play-offs have been completed?

Wanting to do the Sunderland or Chesterfield re-build job through the summer

Yes, they will be added all around the world when all teams places for next season is confirmed in real life.

How do I add the promotions and relegations because the file doesn't appear when I am selecting the files for my database in FM17
