Czech leagues structure (4 tiers) for 2017/2018 season
- fixed MOL Cup ( now 256 teams -100% real )
- fixed current teams in the respective leagues (100% real 2017/2018 leagues)
- fixed system classification of teams in lower leagues
- created new team that are not in the database
- transfers compatible with sortitoutsi database
