Fixtures and start date update not working

I have downloaded the fixtures and start date updates but this doesn't work coming up with only 17 teams have fixtures set !!

I'm having a problem too
I'm having issues with this update, it won't give me the correct starting date, it displays the right date but when I load it up it's just in July 2016.
Any help would be much appreciated
