Started as Wales and was unable to select him due to him being in the England u19 squad, fair enough as i was probably too late in the day this time. Tried again once the international break was over and then earlier for the next squad selection and exactly the same problem again both times. As far as I'm aware he should still be available for Wales unless he plays a competitive game for the full England side?

So was wondering if someone could simply declare him for Wales so he cannot be picked in any of the England squads to stop this happening, cheers.
