Extract folder to Documents/Sport Interactive/Football Manager 2013/graphics/kits/put in here!
If there is no graphics folder there, create 'graphics'
FM13 - click 'Preferences'...click 'Interface'....click unticked 'Use caching to decrease page loading times and click tick 'Reload skin when confirming changes in preferences'.....click 'Reload Skin'.

Make a new config from a Graphics configurator
Changed the name of the Gillingham_1 to Gillingham_home and also changed in the config
Downloaded the SSKCC 2 min ago...
Startet FM13 after the SSKCC download:
Took a look at a saved game
Started FM 13 after the SSKCC download:
Started a new save using only England
Went into the Steam library and verfied game chache or what it might be called in english
Still, the Gillingham first and second shirt are "default" :/
