No work permits

Is there any way of deactivating the work permit part of the game? I know its part of the real football world but I find it very restrictive and a henderance on enjoying the game in full. I think an option to deactivate this would greatly improve the game.

There's probably some kind of workaround that can be done in the editor (i don't know how easy that would be though) but you'll have to wait until the full release for that.
