75x75 is for phones
120x120 is for mini tablets (WVGA)- ( i use this in my LG Optimus L7 wish 4.3 Inch and is perfect )
180x180 are for tablets/iPhone 5.

I dont trie put in IPAD but i think you need put in paste Logos, and need use the Itunes for this
