Need help developing a tactic!

Hello fellow managers!

I'm quite far in to a save and want to develop a new tactic.
I think I got lucky with my last one but I want something new and I have no idead how.

I'll try to explain the best i can what type of formation and tactic I want to use, maybe you could help me?

Here's what I was thinking:

Maybe playing a sort of 4-1-2-3?

Having a defence who plays the ball
Wingbacks who joins the attack a lot
Deep lying playmaker who covers left side if/when Wingback is attacking
Right centremid who covers rightback when Wingback is attacking
Left centremid as a Mezzala who joins the attack all the time, and becomes a sort of "Attacking mid" when attacking
Both wingers as Inside forwards who cuts in and plays overlap if option too
Not really sure what role to have at striker

And also, i'm terrible at doing Instructions

If anyone would come with suggestions or create a tactic that would be super nice!
