Database update problems. HELP ME

Hello guys
I just upgraded my FM17 database after formatting my computer. I reinstalled the game because it was not possible to backup everything.
My problem is that at the moment of starting the game, some transactions were made (like Coutinho in Barcelona) but other old transactions (such as Schineiderlin in United, Gabriel Jesus in Palmeiras, Oscar in Chelsea) have not done yet. These players are still in their 2016 teams!
I do not know if it is a problem updating data from this site, or if it can be something from this backup or something else.
Anyway, can anyone help me? I want play.
