[FM17] Europa League draw issue

Hello,

Konyaspor (Turkish Cup winner) should join the Europa League from Group stage.
However, Konyaspor in the list of qualified teams (main page of EL) but it does not appear in Group Stage draw.
Even though , the group stage matches are set in their fixture but as the team is not in draw, the fixture is empty which means there is no EL match for Konyaspor.

I have checked the sortitoutsi.net Data Update - Club & League Changes but it is correct.
What can be the issue and how can I fix it ?
