Can't start a game with new database

Hi all,

Apologies if this has been brought up before, but when i select start new career, i can only select a custom database (due to my downloads from here i assume) or 18.0.1.

Any ideas how i can start one with the latest 18.2.2? It has downloaded as that number is in the top left of the start screen.
