Hey guys.
I am currently managing Wolves and usually my weekly training workload is light - medium. During a match my players may drop from 99% - 70% for the 90 minutes, as expected. Maybe lower if they take a knock or two. I play fluid attacking football most of the time.

My main problem lately (I don't even know if it is a problem) is with mainly two players I have purchased recently. Diego Capel on the left wing and Jakub Blaszczykowski on the right wing. Jakub has for most of my matches performed excellent but his fitness can go from 95% - 65% in the first 45 minutes. Is there anything I can do to increase this and stop him tiring so easily?
Diego Capel is slightly similar but to a lesser effect.

Jakub also takes longer to recover his fitness to my annoyance.

A players natural fitness attribute is the key in terms of how quickly they recover to full fitness after games (or injury), if you want to give players a really high workload you should look for players with very high ratings for stamina and natural fitness, they won't tire as easily during games and will recover faster afterwards.

I'm going to guess that you are using a tactic that expects the wingers to cover a lot of ground during the matches, with high settings for forward runs and high closing down. I'd try lowering the closing down settings a few notches for Kuba, he won't press the opposition as much but that will be compensated by him being much fresher when you go on the attack.
