Ideas for a career

Pretty much the title is self explanatory

I need some help on deciding what team I should take control of as a new job in the first season

Preferably, a team from the lower leagues of Spain and England or even a mediocre or a smaller team in the first divisions of any European league apart from the top 4 (Serie A, Premier league, Bundesliga, La Liga)

The team needs to have under-performed last season so I can take over and right the wrongs and stuff
