Anyway to stop passing back to the keeper?

I don't know if there is an actual option for this, but is there any way to stop players always passing to the keeper?

Usually it happens in the 88th minute when I need a goal and instead of attacking they just pass it back to the keeper.

Have you got the 'retain possession' and 'work ball into the box' shouts on? They might be causing the players to keep the ball rather than launching risky balls forward.
