I remember somebody posted some football boots last year and I have been making my own so I decided to share with you guys. 
To install copy boots.png and boots.dds from folder of boots you plan to use into:
Players Install : Steam\steamapps\common\football manager 2013\data\sigfx\players\outfield
goalkeeper Install : Steam\steamapps\common\football manager 2013\data\sigfx\players\goalkeeper

Bielsa is a Legend
The majority of players in the 3D game have different boots in FM21, I have seen yellow, blue, white, bright pink etc
Not sure there is a need for a mod
