Extract folder to Documents/Sport Interactive/Football Manager 2013/graphics/kits/3Dkits/put in here!
If there is no graphics folder there, create 'graphics'
FM13 - click 'Preferences'...click 'Interface'....click unticked 'Use caching to decrease page loading times and click tick 'Reload skin when confirming changes in preferences'.....click 'Reload Skin'.
Any problem - please go to this thread - 3D Discussion/Help Thread

I still play fm12 because its the best version imo, thus modern kits won't work. If you can re upload that'd be great. Hammer just re did links for the fm12 bundesliga kits the other day. I'm sure it's not to much of an ask.
