Hey guys.

Relative newbie here (to the site, that is).
I haven't played much FM since FM16 so I'm a little unfamiliar with the newer features.
Can anyone clear up what the different colour highlights mean, on some comments, during the pre-match briefing? The induction doesn't mention anything about them and, I can't tell what effect they have.
I've seen red, blue and green, so far.

Edit: hmm.. the image preview doesn't seem to be working.
