HELP!!!

I have reformed San Marino and made a new nation Rajić and Borovac in FM19. I have made new clubs, competitons etc. I have made new nation rules but when I want to start a new save in FM an error comes up saying that the file needs to be tested and verifyed in the editor before running in the game. I have already done that but it won't work. Could somebody see if anything's wrong and fix it? Please
